US CDC South Caucasus Office in cooperation with the Georgia Association of Laboratory Animal Science NGO is organizing a workshop on ‘Development of Institutional Animal Use and Care Committees System in Georgia: Facts and Challenges’. The aim of the workshop will be assessment of laboratory animal use and care in the educational process and scientific research; discussion of the issues of establishing and implementing Georgian standards for laboratory animal use and care; sharing the issues with the scientific community. The workshop will be held at Hotel Crown Plaza in Borjomi, Georgia on April 26-28, 2018
